I strive to provide outstanding service to Every Client. Every Home. Every Day. I take my responsibility to help my clients maximize the selling price for their home, and to negotiate the best possible price on their home purchase very seriously.
As an Accredited Staging Professional I provide all my Sellers with advice on how best to prepare their home for sale. How we stage a home to sell is different from how we live in it. My goal is to provide you with all the tools, information, advice and assistance necessary to sell your home for as much as we can in the shortest time we can. Once your home is in it's best market condition I put all aspects of Prudential's unique marketing plan into action to get your home exposure to potential buyers - not just in the immediate area - but nationwide! I help you thoroughly evaluate each offer that we receive and I follow up on the inspection, appraisal and buyer's financing to make sure that your deal goes through to closing as smoothly as possible.
As a Buyer's Agent I will discuss your goals and needs and help you find a property that fits them both. Before making an offer I will research the selling price of similar properties in the area to make sure that our offer is competitive and not over priced. I keep track of the transaction every step of the way from mutual acceptance, to inspection, through financing to closing. My goal is to make the entire process as stress free as possible for you!
